The Mineral Soaker is a warm mineral bath rather than a float tank. It shares the Home Float Pro's fiberglass shell, but it is run hot, at around 100 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and at a lower salt concentration, because the goal is a deep magnesium-rich soak rather than zero-gravity floating. Automatic filtration, chemical dosing and multi-color lighting are built in, so it holds your chosen temperature and stays clean between soaks with almost no maintenance. Epsom salt is the usual choice, though Himalayan, Celtic gray and Hawaiian Alaea salts all work, and a few drops of essential oil can be added. Around 250 kg of salt is used, with 200 kg recommended as an initial purchase.
