Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states is included in the price. Most orders ship within 48 hours of payment and arrive in 5 to 8 days, depending on location. Larger items travel by freight and are delivered curbside.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can authorize the return and, for freight items, arrange the pickup.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is nonrefundable, and returns not caused by shipping damage are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Inspect your delivery before the driver leaves. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Damage recorded at delivery is much easier to resolve than damage found later.

The Pro S10 and the home ComfortWave S10 are identical apart from one component. The pump adds heat to the water as it runs, and the Pro's internal radiator sheds it, so the table can run session after session without the water getting too warm. That is the difference between a table used a few times a week and one used all day.
